Physical Therapy/Functional Therapy
Advanced Manual Therapy techniques combined with Kineci’s blended approach to holistic movement instruction serve as the foundation of our approach. Kineci’s blended approach to holistic movement instruction is rooted in a deep understanding of the biomechanics of the body combined with natural human movement patterns. Movements are organized in a logical, progressive system of exercise instruction. Dynamic and integrating the whole body into healing/training because body parts do not work isolated in the real world.

Orthopedics
Neuro-musculoskeletal conditions in which pain and movement restrictions cause limitations in life. Everything from acute injuries to chronic pain, post-surgical care, and complex multi-body part pain issues are conditions we treat. Muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, joints, nerves, fascia, and soft tissue injuries are all conditions we treat. We help people who have not found relief from other approaches.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
A light touch technique focused on the subtle rhythms of the body, in particular, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid from the cranium to the sacrum. This rhythm can be felt throughout the entire body in all parts and as a whole. Craniosacral therapy bodywork address all the cranium (skull) bones as well as the whole body to address the underlying source of ‘issues in the tissues’. This work also delves into the subtle energy systems of the body helping to release blocked energy flow. CST helps your body heal itself returning to a healthier state of homeostasis.

Visceral Manipulation (VM) / Neural Manipulation (NM)
‘Viscera’ refers to internal organs and ‘Neural’ refers to nerves. VM and NM are gentle manual therapy techniques that aid your body’s ability to release restriction and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction. This approach also addresses underlying causes of pain instead of solely focusing on the isolated painful site itself. Feeling for decreased motion within the viscera and neural tissues as well as restrictive patterns throughout the body VM and NM help restore the body’s ability to heal and restore itself.
