Dynamic warm up to turn on the abdominals and trunk for running. Arms reach and pull in a running arm swing motion while driving the trunk through 3 planes of motion. Allow the shoulders to rotate as you reach lubricating the joints, turning on the muscles, and waking up your nervous system.
