Dynamic running warm targeting the butt and hips for hip mobility and stability. Moving in all 3 planes of motion based on understanding the biomechanics of the body. This progressive movement improves mobility with the lunges to stability in the balancing part. The more mobile you are turns on more switches and muscles, while the better your balance/stability is taps into more resources for injury prevention, performance, and pleasure with running.
