Dynamic warm up for big toe/hip flexor to prepare the body for running. The Big toe and hip flexors are crucial for effective and efficient propulsion in running. The best way to mobilize, lubricate, and activate the hip flexors and big toe chain is to move in 3 directions. Moving in all 3 planes of motion provides a more complete stretch and turns on the body the way it is designed, by talking to the nervous system. Mobilizing the hip flexors and big toe joints, activating the muscles, and waking up the nervous system lets your body run at its best.
