Wiggle of the Week

Here are a series of movements and exercises designed to get you Wiggling so you can do what you love. Videos progress from Localized Mobility to Integrated Stability.

Localized Mobility develops your ability to have flexibility and motion at the target joints.

Integrated Stability develops your ability to control, coordinate, and strengthen movements using the target joint connected to the rest of the body.

Play along at your own pace and stay within your comfort zone. Before starting any exercise program be sure to check with your Physical Therapist or qualified Movement-health care provider.
